We now have three substitutes that we recommend to our customers, BRM4, Noxylane4, and AHCC. All three are rice bran/mushroom extract products. BRM4 is manufactured in Japan by Daiwa Pharmaceuticals, the same company which made the original MGN-3 (and has the exact same active components). Noxylane4 is Lane Labs' new product designed to replace MGN-3, containing the same active ingredient as BRM4, but adding HAI, and amino acid which improves absorption. AHCC is a less expensive mushroom extract (and in our experience not as potent per milligram) but actually has more studies and is more established in Japan than the other products. We sell all three products due to physician recommendations, but personally recommend either the original MGN-3 formula (now called BRM4), or the HAI enhanced formula Noxylane4.

Please note that we dispense only the physician formula containing 60 capsules/bottle, not 50 like most other sources.
